Membership in the Heartland Chapter is open to all individuals regardless of CHMM/CHMP status. However, members are encouraged to become certified.

Annual dues:

• Primary (CHMMs/CHMPs): $31.00
• Affiliate (non-CHMMs/CHMPs): $36.00
• Sustaining (companies supporting the Heartland Chapter): $250
• Retired: $16.00
• Student: $11.00
