Join Us for a Regulatory Update with Spencer Fane!
Spencer Fane will discuss many of the numerous environmental regulatory changes happening both nationwide and in EPA Region 7 in connection with the Trump administration, addressing both primarily legal developments, as well as logistical topics such as agency staffing and funding. S
Speaker: Paul Jacobson helps manufacturing, mining, and energy companies understand and comply with federal and state requirements pursuant to the Clean Air Act, RCRA, CERCLA, Clean Water Act, and state corollaries. He manages environmental permitting, and navigates site remediation challenges under CERCLA and RCRA Corrective Action. He assists companies in responding to agency investigations and enforcement, and a variety of environmental and toxic tort litigation. He also assists clients with OSHA investigations and disaster response.
